A Unique Holiday Gift: Learn to Fly at DeKalb County Airport
Have you ever dreamed of becoming a pilot and taking to the sky in the controls of an airplane? Becoming a pilot is within your reach with Sweet Aviation at DeKalb County Airport!
“We’re super-excited to be able to start offering our private pilot ground school classes in Auburn,” said Scotty Hepler, FBO Manager of DeKalb County Airport. “We’ve offered these same classes for many years in Fort Wayne and now to offer them at a second location in addition is fantastic!”
Sweet Aviation’s 12-week course is designed to prepare students to pass the FAA Knowledge Exam, one of the requirements for obtaining a private pilot certificate. Students can attend classes in Auburn, Fort Wayne, or mix and match to fit busy schedules.
Don’t wait, classes begin January 11 and are filling up fast. To learn more about the ground school program at Sweet Aviation or to signup for classes, visit SweetAviation.com or call (260) 299-5492.
