Leasing Opportunities Now Available at The Pearl
Applications are now open for apartment space at The Pearl, Chuck and Lisa Surack’s latest venture in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne.
The mixed-use, multifamily project houses 76 apartments, five live-work units, nearly 13,000 square feet of commercial space, a 300-person event space, and more.
One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment space is available in a variety of layouts. Prospective tenants should visit www.thepearlfw.com, click on “Leasing,” and fill out the contact form. A representative of The Pearl will respond promptly to set up a tour of the building. The target move-in date is set for mid to late September 2024.
Each unit comes furnished with custom cabinets, a French door fridge, a washer & dryer set, a smart thermostat, and more. Ten-foot-tall ceilings, luxury vinyl tile flooring, expansive balconies, and quartz countertops all help define each unit’s sophisticated style.
The Pearl will provide many exciting amenities for residents, including gorgeous fourth- and seventh-floor greenspace rooftops with breathtaking views of downtown Fort Wayne. The fourth-floor space features miniature golf, space for grilling, and a relaxing water feature, while the seventh-floor space connects to an indoor lounge.
Residents can also take advantage of the self-serve pet spa; private, on-site parking garage; the fitness center; concierge service; and more. Activities will be planned throughout the year to highlight and make use of each amenity space.
Guest Experience Coordinator Reagan Mahoney said, “The Pearl is unlike any other building in Fort Wayne, and we couldn’t be more excited to show prospective tenants all the extravagant touches we’ve put in to elevate the experience.”
Tenants will receive a “Pearl Perks” card upon move-in. This card offers exclusive discounts at dozens of Fort Wayne businesses. So far, more than 30 companies have agreed to participate.
